We at IceLand Cold chain follow all hygiene and cold chain processes as per quality standards. Any visits or inspections can be arranged through SGS or Private inspectors to ensure quality standards and Product specifications as per customer requirments.
Chicken feet specifications are as follows:
1)Grade A Unprocessed/Processed chicken feet.
2) weight above 30g (on average)
3) Washed & cleaned (Depend upon unprocessed or processed)
4) No broken bones.
5) Blast chilled.
5) Chilled upto -30 degrees.
6) Transported in Temperature controlled vehicles.
7) packed in boxes or as per customer requirement.
Please note unprocessed chicken feet will be all processed except de-skinning and black spot removing(which can only be done through de-skinning )
